Indoor pool based sprint distance triathlon based at the Newport International Sports Village. Great event for beginners wanting to try the sport for the first time,or for more experienced athletes looking to finish the season off with a short and friendly race. Indoor heated pool, secure transition, left turn only fairly flat bike ride, flat run to finish. Finishers medal for everyone. Individual and relay options
