Sprint and Olympic distances - both with relay options - with a swim in the warm shallow freshwater Ladyburn Lake, a beautiful rugged coastal cycle route, and a run route on the footpath that winds it way through the woods and meadows that surround the Lake. Also Aquabike at both sprint and standard distance.
