Now in its 6th year at Colchester the PARAS' 10 is well established as one of the UK's 'must do' endurance challenges, as indicated by the fact that over 10,000 runners and ‘tabbers’ have attempted it over this time. The event is a testing 10 mile route on the local training area. Watch out for the obstacles/stream crossing. Located at Colchester Garrison in Essex. Open to both civilians and military.
