The Hanley Economic Building Society Potters ‘Arf Marathon, organised by Stoke-on-Trent City Council, is a unique and exciting event that unfortunately had to be cancelled this year. Scheduled for Sun 14th June 2020 in Stoke-on-Trent, this race offers a city centre finish, an amazing route, and fantastic supporters that create a wonderful Potteries atmosphere. With a distance of 13.1 miles, the ‘Arf encourages all abilities to participate, including walking and relay team sections for those who prefer not to run the full distance. Participants receive a t-shirt, goody bag, and special Potters ‘Arf medal to commemorate their achievement. Additionally, there is a free 1000m junior race for young participants to enjoy. Although this year's event was cancelled, we look forward to next year's Potters ‘Arf Marathon and the incredible experience it promises to deliver.
