Get ready for an exhilarating experience at the 7th annual Quantock Quake, organized by Channel Events! On Sunday, September 1st, 2019, adventure seekers and mountain biking enthusiasts will gather in the stunning Quantock Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) in Taunton, Somerset. Participants can choose between an exciting 20-mile route or a challenging 30/35-mile adventure, both designed to showcase the breathtaking landscapes this region has to offer.
The Quantock Quake promises a fantastic day out, featuring stunning open moorland, enchanting woodland trails, and exhilarating natural single tracks. Riders will have the unique opportunity to access areas of the Quantocks that are typically off-limits, all while enjoying some of the most spectacular views in the area. With the support of the dedicated Quantock Quake event team, this is an event not to be missed! Join us for a day filled with fun, fitness, and unforgettable memories in the heart of Somerset's beautiful countryside.

2019 will see the 7th Quantock Quake, covering 20 miles or 30/35 miles and held in the beautiful Quantock Hills AONB in Somerset This place is a mecca for mountain biking and you’ll be once again treated to stunning open moorland, woodland trails, natural single tracks and secluded combes. The Quantocks have it all!
Whether you choose the main or the extended route, you will access areas of the Quantocks usually restricted by access legislation, as well as riding some of the area's classic single tracks. You’ll also see some of the greatest views, both from and of, the Quantocks, and be fully supported by our Quantock Quake event team.
