Organiser's Description

Climb, crawl and slide your way around the Pretty Muddy® obstacle course at your own pace. 5k is just over 3 miles and can take about an hour to complete on average, but there's no pressure to finish in a certain time – it's all designed for fun! Get muddy as an individual or with a group of friends or family, act like a big kid and raise money for life-saving cancer research.

How to Get There

Due to the large number of participants attending please use other local parking options and public transport where possible.



Please check back for details on electric charging points and bike racks.

Further Information

Whilst this event is not accessible for wheelchair users given the nature of the obstacles, the event site is accessible for spectators with wheelchairs. There will be blue badge holder parking available at the top of the event car park (within Abington Park), approximately 100m from the start/finish area. The car park and event site are on a grass field which can get boggy in poor weather conditions.



Due to the nature of the event it is not suitable for wheelchair users. We are delighted to welcome spectators to Race for Life so please do bring your family and friends along to cheer you on and support you on the day.



Do to the nature of this event - no dogs are allowed.



If you feel you might need extra help at the event please do pick up a special badge at the Blue Enquires Marquee so that our crew and volunteers can look out for you.
