Organiser's Description

Stroke survivor or carer, family or friend – life after stroke is different for us all. But there is one way we can stand together - join the Resolution Run and raise funds to rebuild more lives.

You can chose from 34 events all across the UK throughout spring, each with a choice of distances. Resolution Run Manchester will be offering 5k, 10k and 15k distances. Whatever distance you chose, you set the pace, it doesn’t matter if you sprint, run or walk your Resolution Run we will be there to support you every step of the way.

Fantastic atmosphere and a great cause. This event was really well organised and the encouragement from the marshals was so wonderful and helped me through what I found a tough race. It was a hard course to run but so worth it as it was for a wonderful charity.
