Popular hilly run. Well marshalled course with good participation. Great views over Canary Wharf. 2 lap course with some undulation and 1 good climb. Goody bag was not the best- just help yourself to a drink and some sweets, but medal quite nice

Good org, tough race. Well organised and easy to get to. However best to avoid if you’re a new runner. With the steep ascents in Greenwich Park, this one is not for newbies. Only my second 10K and I really struggled. Not enough water stations from that perspective.
