RunThrough Christmas Olympic Park Chase The Moon 5k & 10k

Organiser's Description
We know after the hugely successful Chase the Sun series that you're all looking for something to do on your Wednesday evenings, well we’re back, with an evening of racing around the incredible grounds of London 2012′s Olympic Park, a flat and fast course perfect for a chip timed personal best.
Starting at 7pm, you can chose to run a quick 5k or take on a full 10k.
Course Details
There will be marshals all around the course as well as km signs and arrows. The course is two laps for the 5k and four laps for the 10k on the roads/paths in the park. Please be aware that there will be spectators and members of the public using the park.

How to Get There
The nearest train, tube and bus stops are at Stratford, Stratford International, Hackney Wick, Pudding Mill and Leyton stations.
If you are exiting out of Stratford Underground Station – take escalator or lift up to ‘The Street’ (which is the outdoor part of Westfield Shopping Centre) – follow it along, bear right at Fountain Square toward John Lewis and then left at Jamie’s Italian. At the end of the passage, cross the road into the Park.
Tube and Train
The nearest stations are Stratford station and Stratford International station and both provide step-free access from entrance to platform. Stratford station is served by:
• Docklands Light Railway (DLR) • Jubilee and Central lines • National Rail services operated by Greater Anglia and c2c • London Overground services
Stratford International station is served by:
• Docklands Light Railway (DLR) • Southeastern High Speed 1 services
You can also enter the Park via Hackney Wick station which is on the London Overground.

Bus
The 388 bus runs between Blackfriars in central London and Stratford City near the station entrance, going through the Park and stopping at the Copper Box Arena and Westfield Avenue near the London Aquatics Centre.
The 308 bus runs between Clapton to Wanstead via Stratford City near the station entrance and Celebration Avenue in East Village.
The 339 bus runs between Leytonstone and Shadwell, with stops at Stratford City near the station entrance, the London Aquatics Centre, and on Carpenters Road at King’s Yard before exiting the Park at White Post Lane.
The D8 bus runs between Crossharbour and Stratford International bus station, going through the Park including Carpenters Road and Pool Street (by the London Aquatics Centre).
Stratford bus station and Stratford City bus station are both located in close proximity to Stratford station.
