The Southampton Half & 10K offers smooth, well-supported running on city streets with a lively stadium backdrop, perfect for chasing a PB or enjoying an autumn challenge with friends and family.
Expect clear kilometre and mile markers, friendly marshals at every key point, and an event village to round off your morning with refreshments and celebrations.
Race Distance & Start Times Half Marathon - 9am 10K - 9:30am Juniors - 12pm
Laps Half Marathon - 2 laps 10k - 1 lap Juniors - 1 lap of Saint Mary’s Stadium
Each kilometre is accurately marked with distance flags, and our friendly marshals will guide and cheer you all the way to the finish.
