Join us for the first RunThrough Olympic Park 5k & 10k of 2019 on Saturday 12th January!

Come and run a chip timed 5k or 10k through the incredible grounds of London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. This course is not only flat and fast, but also inspiring. The RunThrough QE Olympic Park 5k & 10k event is a great opportunity for a quick time and a fun morning out with a unique themed medal waiting for you at the finish!

Included is a themed medal, water, fruit & mince pies! Each kilometre is accurately marked out with distance flags and we have plenty of helpers to keep you on track and to encourage you on your way to the finish. Come and enjoy the day with us; we hope to see you there!

Chip Timing

Bag Drop - There will be a secure area where you can leave your baggage. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, all you have to do show you number to the baggage tent staff and they will help you find your baggage.

Refreshments - There will be water provided at the 5k point of the race, and water at the finish. There will also be bananas & flapjacks waiting for you at the finish.

Public transport is the best and easiest way to get to and from the Park – by train, underground, bus or bicycle.

The nearest train, tube and bus stops are at Stratford, Stratford International, Hackney Wick, Pudding Mill and Leyton stations.

There will be marshals all around the course as well as km signs and arrows. The course is two laps for the 5k and four laps for the 10k on the roads/paths in the park. Please be aware that there will be spectators and members of the public using the park.
