On the eve of the mighty Trail Marathon Wales race we’ll be kick starting our big weekend with a 5k run aimed at getting everyone out on the trails of Coed y Brenin. The Salomon Friday Night 5 will be a fun-filled race, taking in some of the more accessible and less technical trails of this beautiful forest – but this is Coed y Brenin, so expect some hills!
