The tour runs on a number of dates between March and October, with various paces available, and each has a pace guide to keep you in your comfort zone. Choose this group if you're comfortable running 10k in 10-12 minute miles.
Running is thirsty work, and everyone enjoys a well deserved gin and tonic or gin cocktail at the end from an authentic gin palace.

Steady - for those comfortable running 10k in 10-12 minute miles
Paces are a guide. All runners (usually about 15) on the tour run at the same pace behind the tour guide. The guide will run at the pace of the slowest runner - we don't leave anyone behind. But it is difficult to accommodate your pace if it is wildly slower than the pace you and the rest of the runners on your tour have signed up for.
If you usually run faster than the pace you've signed up, please be prepared to run at the pace of the tour to make the rest of the runners feel comfortable.
Don't worry - you'll stop for breathers as we unravel 3000 years of gin-related history and play games along the way.
