Are you ready to wade, crawl, climb, jump, splash, swim and run your way around an aquatic obstacle course and have a whole lot of fun en route? Join 1000s of Rat Racers at London's ExCel Centre for this wet 'n' wild 10k run around Docklands, linking together an assortment of water and shore-based activities. Whether you do it solo, or form a team, all you need to take part is a pair of trainers and a sense of adventure.
