Organiser's Description
The Sika Duathlon is an off-road event and takes place in the stunning Wareham Forest. The terrain is entirely forest trail. The run routes are mildly undulating, the bike route is run over 4 laps, passing through transition on each lap so you can be cheered along, and contains one steep incline of about 50m in length (no problem if you want to get off and walk!) Also junior races.
