Whether you're taking the step up from a pool-based race and are ready for you first open water event, or you're an experienced racer who is using this event to tune up ready for the 2019 season, this course on the iconic Barry Island will excite everyone.

A swim around Whitmore Bay from a perfect sandy beach is followed by a fast rolling bike course that has been designed to give riders the right of way at all times - suitable for all - with just a couple of ups, then a flat and fast run with a sprint finish along the promenade for a medal and a finisher's goodie bag.
