Organiser's Description
If you enjoy running with your dog you are already a canicross runner. Any shape, size, breed and fitness level is catered for (both canine and human). You may run, bike, or scoot with one or two dogs. No special equipment is required; a collar and lead is all that is needed to get you started. If you don't have a dog you can enjoy a trail run through the beautiful Irchester Country Park instead. 3k, 5k or 10k.
