SteelMan, at the fantastic Olympic venue Dorney Lake, offers two distances at triathlon, aquathlon and aquabike. For those of you looking for the next step in terms of triathlon distance, but aren’t quite ready for Olympic, the Challenge event is the one for you. The aquathlon (swim-run) and the aquabike (swim-bike) are perfect for the swimmers amongst you, especially if you’re not a cycling fan, or if your knees are too creaky for running after years of pounding the pavements. Swim in the clear, clean lake waters, cycle and run on the safe, flat, closed roads circuit around the Lake. If you’re looking for a PB over accurate distances then this is where you’re going to find it.
