Strong As An Ox Chinese New Year Virtual Half, 10k, 5k

Virtual Event

United Kingdom

Sat 27th February 2021

Organiser's Description

Celebrate the start of the Chinese New Year in 2021 with a new virtual race! 2021 brings us the Year of the Ox in the Chinese Zodiac and we have a fantastic bespoke medal to add to your collection. This is a medal not to be missed!

According to the zodiac, people born in the Year of the Ox are strong and inspire confidence in others, but also hate to fail (just like us runners!) Because of its role in agriculture, Oxen are deemed as hardworking, and their hard work often brings them great results!

There is a choice of three distances – Half Marathon, 10 & 5k, which can be completed anytime over the 15-day Chinese holiday period. This is a great opportunity to get the miles in for those planning on taking part in live races. Start your Chinese New Year as Strong as an Ox with this virtual race!
