The SW100 (Ultra Tour De Cymru) & SW50 event, organised by findarace.com, is set to take place on the 21st of June in Cardiff. The SW100 is a challenging 100-mile ultra-trail footrace that will test the endurance of committed and competent runners as they traverse the South Wales Valleys and the Brecon Beacons. With approximately 6000m of ascent and over 90% on trails, participants will experience ancient castles, mountain summits, waterfalls, and rolling green valleys. The SW50, known as The Brecon to Cardiff Extreme, covers the second half of the SW100 route, starting in Brecon and finishing in Cardiff with around 3000m of ascent. This event promises to be a tour of some of the most amazing sites across South Wales, offering breathtaking views and a challenging yet rewarding experience for all participants from the 21st to the 23rd of June.

The SW100 is a 100 mile ultra-trail footrace starting and finishing in Cardiff, crossing the South Wales Valleys and the Brecon Beacons! It is a demanding test of endurance over varied and challenging terrain, suitable for the committed and competent ultra-trail runner. The route has approximately 6000m of ascent and is over 90% on trails. It truly is a tour of some of the most amazing sites across South Wales, including ancient castles, mountain summits, breathtaking waterfalls and rolling green valleys and hillsides.
The SW50 - The Brecon to Cardiff Extreme - follows the second half of the SW100 route. Starting in the centre of Brecon, you will run to the top of Pen y Fan, the highest peak in South Britain, where you will join the SW100 mile route to cross the Brecon Beacons and journey back to Cardiff. It has approximately 3000m of ascent. 21-23 June.
