Swiss Canyon Trail
The Swiss Canyon Trail is one of Europe’s most distinctive and scenic trail races. It provides four challenging distances, an invitation to attack the steep inclines of courses which do not grant a second’s respite While the challenges are constant, the rewards are fulfilling. The race trails open up to spell-bounding views, as well as wondrous natural features from canyons to cliffs to gorges and waterfalls.
The event is held in the Val-de-Travers region of Switzerland, famous as the absinthe valley and is located an hour from Lausanne and 90 minutes from Geneva.
The 2019 Swiss Canyon Trail features the following four races:
105K, 5440m of climbing, entry limited to 250 places,
75K, 3930m of climbing, entry limited to 250 places
45K, 2500m of climbing, no entry limit
25K, 1000m of climbing, no entry limit
