Tenfoot Swim - a challenging endurance open water sea swim from Tenby to the Saundersfoot via 5k of the idyllic Pembrokeshire Coast.
Tenfoot Sswim/Run - if 5k of sea swimming is not enough of a challenge, why not take on the 10k swim/run course, starting in Tenby and ending in Saundersfoot, taking in the magnificent views from the sea and the coastal path, with roughly 4k of swimming and 6k of running.
