A chance for you to don your country colours and take part for your nation! You could be just starting out, or a seasoned professional triathlete, it doesn't matter! This is a flat, fast, sprint triathlon at Dorney Lake, Windsor, great for beginners but also a great warm up for the more regular triathlete. Plus: All Nations 5k and 10k run.

Love the venue for a sprint!
I just have two suggestions for improvement:
1. Better signage for cyclists coming from the train station. I got lost along with five others because we couldn’t find the correct route. We ended up cycling an extra 11 km.
2. Hydration stations. It was warmer than usual, and the cups were left empty for us to fill ourselves. I’d kindly suggest having someone there to hand out water, or at the very least, to keep the cups filled.
