The Bronte Mountain Bike Challenge, organised by findarace.com, is set to take place on Sunday 17th September 2017 in Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex. This highly regarded annual event offers a route suitable for all standards of mountain bike and cyclo-cross riders. In its 13th year, the event will coincide with the Tour de France Grand Depart passing through the start and finish area, with a small section of the route shared with the iconic race. Participants can choose from three routes named after the Bronte Sisters - Charlotte, Emily, and Anne - who were inspired by the stunning and challenging landscape that the routes navigate. Join us for a day of thrilling mountain biking and camaraderie in the beautiful West Sussex countryside!

Organiser's Description

A highly regarded annual event which has a route suitable for all standards of mountain bike and cyclo-cross rider. This will be the 13th Bronte MB Challenge in this, the year when the Tour de France Grand Depart will pass our start finnish area, and even share a small section of our route. Our three routes, Charlotte, Emily and Anne, take their names from the three Bronte Sisters who were inspired in their writing by the stunning and challenging landscape that the routes navigate.
