Organiser's Description
This Swim Series is open to outdoor swimmers as an event in its own right, and provides the choice of three different distances: 5km 2.5km and 1mile.
Cholmondeley Castle has been home to the Cholmondeley Family since the 12th Century. Its grounds feature Deer Park Mere which is a beautiful setting for our open-water swim races. To the south of the Castle lies Tower Hill, the highest point of the run routes, where athletes are rewarded with panoramic views of the Beeston and Peckforton Hills.
All swimmers will be provided with swim cap and timing chip and the races categorised into wetsuits and non-wetsuits. Prizes will be awarded for the first place male and female competitors in each distance.
