Organiser's Description

From the Showfield, this 10k run will climb gradually to the crossroads, then head quite steeply down to Dibble Bridge. 2k of gentle undulations between fields then out on the moo and foillowed by a descent to Hob Hole, where there is a ford - you can use the footbridge alongside if you wish! The road then climbs steeply and summits at the 5k mark. There now follows a long steady descent to cross the River Esk at Westerdale, a short sharp climb to the village of Westerdale, gentle undulations, and a flat and fast finish to the Showfield.
