How It Works

What is a virtual run?
Virtual runs are a great way to stay motivated. Unlikely traditional "live" events, virtual races give you the option to run the route you want to run. This is particularly beneficial if travelling to events is awkward. Virtual running gives you the flexibility, especially for those who led busy schedules.

How does a virtual race work?
- Book a race through our website.
- Run the race on the specified date or whenever it is convenient for you.
- Submit your evidence. This usually means taking a screenshot of the run you recorded on a running app such as Strava.
- Once the race has concluded, a bespoke medal will be sent to your postal address.

What happens if I book a race then decide not to participant?
We know that sometimes things happen in life, so if something happens which prevents you from running a virtual race, we will gladly offer to defer your place onto another race for free. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds at this time.

NB - we can not accept entries from outside the UK.

Submitting Evidence

If you have completed a race, submitting your evidence to us couldn't be easier. Simply complete all the necessary details, name, email address, the name of the race you took part in, then attach a screenshot of your evidence from any running app. We even have a notes section at the bottom if there is something you want to tell us about.
