Welcome to The Lemon Run 5K & 10K, a brand-new multi-terrain running event for 2026 taking place in Newton Abbot.

Inspired by the landscape around the River Lemon, this event offers runners a technical and varied course that combines riverside paths, quiet country lanes, and some challenging climbs along the way.

This is not a personal-best chasing course. Instead, The Lemon Run is designed to be a fun and rewarding challenge, perfect for runners who enjoy varied terrain and a proper test of their running ability.

The event features both 5K and 10K distances on a figure-of-eight route, with each loop measuring approximately 5km. 5K runners complete one loop, while 10K runners take on the full figure of eight challenge.

The mix of terrain and elevation makes it great for newcomers looking for their first off-road challenge, while still offering enough variety to keep experienced runners engaged from start to finish.

Race HQ will be based at Venture Court, off Bradley Lane, creating a central hub for registration, race information, and the start and finish of the event.

Whether you're stepping into multi-terrain running for the first time or you're a seasoned runner looking for a new local challenge, The Lemon Run promises a memorable race experience.

The Lemon Run proudly supports Sands, with a portion of every entry fee donated to support families affected by baby loss and help fund their vital work.

Not running - No problem - Volunteer to marshal and LMEvents will contribute to Sands as a thank you for your time.

- 0730 Race number collection opens for pre-registered entrants.
- 0800 Baggage drop opens.
- 0845 Pre- and same-day registrations close.
- 0855 Pre race brief
- 0900 Race starts.
