Organiser's Description
Staged from the Silent Valley in the heart of the Mourne Mountains, this duathlon will take you on a tour of the Mountains like no other. Run on idyllic nature trails in the Silent Valley to start, ride the ups and downs of the bike loop, then run through the heart of the Mournes to finish. If you decide to go ‘Elite', add a 9k run up Slieve Donard in the middle of the bike leg to the mix, and you have a one hell of a day.
