How many 5k laps can you or your team run in 24 hours?

This event takes place in the Wirral Country Park in Thurstaston. A 5k flat/small undulations route on a good multi terrain surface along the sea front coast and the Wirral Way.

Or you can run a set distance during the 24 hour period - 5k to 50k options - Registration Open 24 Hours!

Camping included, also chip timing, medal and T-shirt.

Course Details

The route is a 5k, flat/undulating on good multi-terrain surfaces along the Wirral Way.

Well stocked feed station is located every 5k at the start/finish with checkpoints around the course.

Camping

Free camping for runners! Friday 12Noon to Sunday 5pm on grass pitch at the start/finish line.

Tents only & NO CARS ON THE CAMPSITE (PLEASE USE CAR PARK)


Caravan/motor home camping is available by Clicking Here - you must book direct with them and not through us, this campsite is located 2 minutes walk from the start.

Event Details

Well stocked feed station is located every 5k at the start/finish with checkpoints around the course.

Team relay change over every 5K.

Only 1 member of each team on the course at once.

Teams receive a team relay Chip.

Solo runners can leave the course every 5k.

Fully marked out route with transition every 3.1 miles.

Bib numbers must be worn at all times on course.

Chip timed.
