Course Details
Culden Faw is a monster of an estate near Henley-on-Thames, covering thousands of acres, with plenty of hills, valleys, and fields and lots of thick wooded areas. With such varied terrain, your tired legs won’t know what to expect next as you make your way through the course. Hopefully you and your teammates have been doing plenty of dead lifts!
The course is designed to be very difficult and the terrain is at times muddy, slippery and can be potentially dangerous. You will be wet after the first couple of miles. You must be able to swim 50m if you attempt the Walk the Plank obstacle. If you do not feel comfortable about completing an obstacle, do not attempt it - move on to the next.
Running alone? We’ve got your back. In 2020 all events will have designated solo runner waves so you can meet other lone wolves, form a muddy pack and get goal-crushing.
