Tough Mudder North West
It's time to get out of your comfort zone and face 25 obstacles set among 8-10 miles of slippery mud at Cholmondeley Castle. With a mix of mental and physical challenges, the only way to earn that headband is to take on the course. A unique accomplishment based on courage, teamwork and personal accomplishment is waiting for you. Are you ready? There's also a 5k course with 13 tough obstacles.
Then grab a drink at the bar, kick back with live DJs, enjoy tasty street food, and celebrate your epic achievement. Events Saturday and Sunday, 4/5 September.

By car: The venue is located off the A49 Whitchurch/Tarporley Road, between Warrington and Whitchurch. The entrance is off the A49 at the Cholmondeley Arms Pub crossroads. Use post code SY14 8ET for your Satnav.
By train: Railway stations at Chester, Crewe, Nantwich and Whitchurch
Please arrive 45 minutes before your assigned start time to ensure you check in, drop your bag, and get to the Warm Up Zone 20 minutes before your start time. START TIMES WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

WHAT TO WEAR
At all events, we suggest wearing normal running shoes – spikes and cleats are strictly prohibited. Dress in comfortable clothing (or a costume that will make you more stylish on course) and bring dry clothing to change into once you’re done.
If it’s cold, gloves are recommended. If it’s hot, sunscreen is a necessity. No matter what the weather is, make sure to come hydrated and take advantage of water stations on course.
If you don’t plan on traveling home muddy, you’ll probably want to bring a change of clothes. Stop by the bag drop tent to store your belongings while you’re on course. £3 online and onsite – Card or Cash.
