The Triathlon Relays Championship, organised by findarace.com, is set to take place on Saturday 27th August 2016 in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. This exciting event, which started in 1991, has been revamped to provide participants with a unique and fun triathlon experience. Over 1600 athletes and 100 different clubs joined in the fun last year, and this year promises to be even better. Groups of four people can team up to complete a swim, bike, and run, with options for an 'elite style' tag triathlon and a team time trial. Organiser's Description
In 2015 we revamped the whole 'Relays' weekend, setting new standards in how much fun you can have whilst doing a triathlon! Originally started in 1991, this weekend has become legendary; as much as others have tried to replicate it, Triathlon Relays is still very unique. In 2015 over 1600 athletes and 100 different clubs joined in the fun that we call 'organised chaos', and in 2016, the chaos will continue. Our main focus is that groups of four people join together to complete a triathlon, with everyone doing a swim, a bike and a run. There's also the options of an 'elite style' tag triathlon and a team time trial. 27/28August.
