Organiser's Description

UMUK is a three day ultraman distance endurance triathlon event to be held in Wales, in Bala, Gwynedd, and Betws-y-Coed, Conwy. It involves a 10k swim in Bala Lake and a 144.8k bike ride on day one, a 275.7k bike leg on day two, and an 84.3k run on day 3. Both bike legs and the run start and finish in Betws-y-Coed, Conwy, with Mount Snowdon being central to the run. Race HQ is the Swallow Falls Hotel, Betws-y-Coed. This is an international event, and participants are expected from around the World; each must be accompanied by a support team of at least 2 people over the entire course.
