Each year we run a series of Duathlons to keep you sharp over those long Winter months. The races are suitable for both novices and experienced athletes. Relay teams are welcome - usually one rider and one runner. The distances are 5k run, 17k bike, 5k run. The races are all on Sundays, and race HQ is Ulverston Tennis Centre.
