Organiser's Description
This is an accurately measured 5k course on the new bridleway/ cycleway between Gosforth and Seascale. An out and back course, no turnings, totally off road, tarmac throughout. Fairly flat and fast. We have limited entries to 100, first come first served, and there will be no entries on the day.
