A smaller enjoyable event. Due to road closures the route had to be altered and was not ideal, but not really their fault. Not the biggest or most flamboyant event by any means but I enjoyed it and the staff made the effort, some good runners and very easy to get to a park. Nice and flat with PB potential

Route a little dodgy.... MCC Promotions did well to motivate the crowds, though on the whole the event was a let down. The route did not work and Though Wandsworth Park is great for views, it's on the smaller side so a 10km run didn't work. The route was a both a squeeze around the public and very repetitive after 5 loops. It also finished up at 9.4km, which for me was enough (!!), but perhaps not ideal for those trying to run a PB. The hosts were lovely, but the lack of any "sound" (music / start buzzer) made for a bit of an anti-climax. For that reason it felt more like a running club than an "event". Despite that, I will run with them again as it sounds as though they might have a bigger budget / more prospects for future races.

Promising beginnings but disappointing end. Initially the event was organised well, sign-in was efficient and race was started well. However, the course turned out to be a few hundred metres short and there was confusion on the finish line about who placed where and how many laps some runners still had to go.
