Paddle, cycle and run your way to the finish line! A choice of 30k or 50k routes that combine canoeing, cycling and running - designed to be a fun yet challenging experience. Make your way through the Essex countryside and local villages, but don't expect to get to the end without a few aches! Team and team relay options available. From Hoe Mill Lock, Ulting, Maldon.
