Well organised but not the best route

It was a very well organised race with a good atmosphere. The only downside was the route for me, it was a lap route so not the most interesting, and was very cold and windy! If lap routes are for you then this is a great race!

Very Flat course

Flat course, open to the elements, yesterday it was the wind. Very well organised, great marshalls providing encouragement. Usual excellence at Dorney Reach.

Great first half marathon event

Well organised... lovely location.
I did my first half marathon this weekend and wow what an experience. The route (bit windy on the day) was flat level terrain and easy to follow. You do 4 laps of the lake and the crowd cheers you on every time you go past. The marshals were amazing and encouraged you every step of the way. Overall a great event fir your first time or if your after a good PB.
