Organiser's Description
One of the largest and friendliest running events in the South-East, welcoming 2500 runners of all abilities to a flat coastal route. The 10k event attracts a fast elite field, first timers, club and charity runners, raising in excess of £50,000 for local good causes.
In 2019, mini mile races will be included for the first time. These will take place on Saturday, with all junior runners receiving a fantastic race t-shirt and finisher's medal.
