A standard and sprint distance triathlon with a 1.5km/750m sea swim, 41km/21km undulating bike and 10km/5km promenade run, with a realy option. The bike course is undulating with no significant hills, but a long drag out of the town to the turn round before a fast return leg. The run is dead flat on the promenade.
