The Zig Zag Marathon & Half Marathon

Come and join us at our exclusive venue at Suffolk Running Centre, Church Road, Bury St Edmunds, IP29 5AX

It's a seven-hour cut off and mass start at 9am

We will be utilizing the Kirtling Route for the marathon

The Kirtling Marathon route is is an officially measured route, which is fully on road, mildly undulating and very scenic,

The half marathon will also be one loop and utilising the Windmill route.

There will be an aid station of drinks and nibbles every 10k.

Parking is also included in your entry price.

The Race HQ/Base Camp is located at the start and lap point and at the base camp we will have our water/aid station.

Upon entry you will receive an email confirmation from your entry portal and Zig Zag Running. This will also contain the link to the race briefing information pack.

We have designed a Bespoke medal for the event, which you will receive at the end of the race. Or if you choose the lucky dip finisher option (if available), you will choose from a selection of previous or finisher medal.

This route is all road, they are quiet roads however, you will need to be aware of traffic when stepping out and ideally wear something bright

This event is ideal for runners who want to get a GFA place (marathon only).

Please note the event has gone cupless - so please bring your own bottles or cups for refilling.
