Not fantastic. Due to the weather the course was changed, which meant that the run didn't equate to 10km, however we weren't told this at the beginning of the race (it would have helped if all pre race announcements were also made with a megaphone as it was hard to hear). This meant to get the 10km you had to continue running past the finish line which was difficult and disappointing when you had done a sprint finish! The course was very slippery and a little dangerous, particularly as parts of it involved running horizontally along a slope so your ankles were bending with the slope. There were also no km markers which would have been nice to know your average pace and how much further you had to go.

Slipping like bambi. I'm not used to track and field so was slipping like crazy for 2nd part......I wish I'd worn trail shoes. Many laps so did get tedious after a while. Not a race I will do again.....I helped myself to medal at end as staff were talking

First time. The off track section was changed due to prior flooding and running on a steep back was quite challenging due to the mud.

Not 10km. Route was changed to accommodate flooding, but only made the race 8.6km. Had to do another 3.5 laps of the race track to make it up to 10km
