Explore the explosive activism of the Suffragette movement in west London over this brand new 12km Secret London Runs guided running tour.
Tour Highlights
As we follow in the footsteps of the many brave women whose defiant actions changed the course of history forever, we’ll explore:
Early activists for women’s suffrage, including visits to the homes of Millicent Fawcett and Elizabeth Garrett Anderson.
The explosive activism of the WSPU (Women’s Social and Political Union) - we’ll be running to the places that were key to the movement and the sites of some of the biggest protests and demonstrations.
Police brutality and the response from Westminster - visiting the sites of arrests, incarcerations, and the places of key moments in achieving women’s suffrage.

Saturday 7th March - if you usually run this distance in sub 11 minute miles (that’s just under 7 minute kilometers)
Saturday 21st March - if you usually run this distance gentler than 11 minute miles - join this tour if you’re worried about pace. No one gets left behind, and we will introduce some short walking intervals to the tour, alongside gentle jogging, if anyone is struggling.
