Ashridge Duathlon

The Ashridge Duathlon is one of the most scenic duathlon races in the UK!

Each race will start and finish in front of Ashridge Estate House.

The run course is a 2.5Km loop around the grounds of the estate.

The bike course is a 13Km loop around the quiet country lanes that surround Ashridge Estate with one testing climb per lap

The Standard distance = 4 lap run, 3 lap bike, 2 lap run.

The Sprint distance = 2 lap run, 2 lap bike, 1 lap run.

The SuperSprint distance = 1 lap run, 1 lap bike, 1 lap run

Race numbers will be collected at the the event venue on the morning of the race.

Registration opens at: 07.30

BTF Insurance
The day licence for Non-BTF members is included in the entry price. If you are a BTF Member, please ensure that you complete your licence number accurately during the registration process. All licence numbers will be validated by BTF before the event and any entrants with an invalid BTF licence number will be asked to show an online copy at registration or, if this is not possible, invoiced £6 for a day license after the event.

There will be an online race briefing made available before the event, it is mandatory to have watched this as there will be no pre-race briefing on the day.

Please arrive in sufficient time to collect your race number.

Custom designed medal for all finishers!
Add a medal insert to commemorate your time; whether it’s your first race or a new PB! Available to purchase for an additional £8.
Simply add MEDAL INSERT on your registration form and you’ll be sent the insert in the mail shortly after race day, for you to apply to your medal and display proudly!

There will be a prizegiving to the top 3 male and female finishers in the standard and sprint on the day, and the top male and female finisher for the supersprint.

There will be full results on the chip timing website both overall and by category.

Race Numbers
Please wear your number pinned to the front of your vest. On your back for the bike. A triathlon race belt can be used instead.

Changing Facilities
We will not be providing a changing area, therefore please come changed and ready to race.

Baggage Drop
There will be an informal baggage drop area for you to leave any belongings within the transition area.

Toilets
There will be toilets available.

Water Station
There will be no water stations on the route (you will need to carry any liquids you need). There will be water available, self-service style, at the finish.

Active Training World does not offer refunds, transfers or deferrals for this event or any events listed on the website. If you are unable to attend due to illness, injury, family bereavement or jury service, you will only be eligible for a transfer or credit note on production of official evidence: Positive Covid-19 test result, Doctor’s note or equivalent.
