Bedford Barkers Track 6 Hour Challenge

400 metre track , 6 hour duration as many loops as you want.

This will 3 hours anti clockwise and 3 hours clockwise just so you don’t get dizzy.

Registration – 9:30am

Race starts – 10:00am

Aid Station – There will be a aid station to use to refuel as many times as you want during the 6 hour challenge.

Toilets & changing rooms

There are various toilets in the stadium building & changing rooms.

Each runner will be issued with a chip so it will keep count of your laps and distance, results are determined by which runners complete the most laps not the distance on their watch.

Every runner will receive a trophy or medal, Male & Female most laps will receive a winners trophy, if tied laps fastest completed time will come in to play
