Organiser's Description
An exciting 3 person team event at the fantastic Box End Park, Kempston, Bedford. Both the lake swim and the off-road run (very pretty, through woods and on open tracks and trails) will take place at Box End, making for a great spectator experience, as well as great racing. The bike course is two 10k loops on some fast roads, so expect some fast splits. Each team member will complete the swim, the bike, and the run in relay; all three members of the team must complete each discipline in turn before the team moves on to the next discipline.
