Join findarace.com on Sunday 14th July 2019 for the Brean Down Challenge 5/10k in Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset. This thrilling off-road event offers participants the choice of a 5k or 10k multi-terrain run, starting at the base of Brean Down and leading runners up a steep hill to the top. The route continues with challenging hills and a gradual descent to the fort before turning back. The 10k runners will tackle this demanding course twice, providing a true test of endurance. Organiser's Description
An exciting and exhilarating hilly off-road 10k or 5k multi-terrain run which starts at the foot of Brean Down, then it's straight up the steep hill to the top! The route then follows some more challenging hills, with a gradual descent to the fort and the turnaround point. The 10k runners will endure this taxing route twice. This event is not canicross friendly.
