The Cardiff Epic Trail 10k is back! Join Tough Runner UK team in the stunning Fforest Fawr Park, the backdrop to Castell Coch, a famous castle nestled in the trees above the village of Tongwynlais. . This event is open to all levels and is not your average race. The experience goes beyond running and focuses on integrating the sport into life, becoming a great athlete and person. The Cardiff Epic Trail 10k will be an action-packed day of trail running.
