Organiser's Description
A 5k race series held near Manchester centre, at Alexandra Park, on Thursdays throughout June. It’s basically a course designed for one thing and that’s allowing all runners of all abilities to achieve a PB!! It’s a 3-lap course and (according to Garmin) has only 3 feet rise per lap. It has great wide path surfaces (no trail sections) and long straights, with only 4 real turns. Only 3 feet climb per lap, that’s 9 feet climb in total!
